@Dennis Bormann, not bad but try and remember to crop the face to no more than 2-3 pixels of the chin and the top of the head. Leaving more empty space above the head and cropping the cut more beneath the chin than that is to be avoided. We want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:
Also, some of your cuts include a bit of snow, which is quite visible in-game on a dark skin. Putting the image through remove.bg can remove most of it, or you can use the technique shown in this video:
