This is a slightly higher quality version of the original source, which will lead to a slightly sharper cut. It's also a got a bit of snow in the hair, which you can spot and easily clean by following the video tutorial from here.
Frankly, the current cut is quite recent and of a good quality anyway, so I don't see a lot of benefit to cutting it again.
