@TiagoSeattle, it's good that you're nudging the collar upwards, but it's a good idea to use clone stamp to make sure that the skin you lasso together with the collar is the same hue as the part of the neck you moved it to.
Adding some brightness in darker sources like this one wouldn't go amiss too 👍
