Sources like this are too small for 250x250 and, as explained in Drafter's post above, should be cut in 180x180.
Please have a good look at the guidelines before uploading any more images, including on how sources like this should be rotated to be vertical rather than tilted, as well as the need for all cuts to have collars. The guidelines thread has video tutorials to show how easily these, and other techniques, can be accomplished.
@Okke Dries Not bad, but please read the guidelines here before making more cuts. We want all cuts to be in 250x250 pixels, or 180x180 for smaller sources
