@mons The sources were from team photos when all the players were posing together. If those don't suffice then I apologize.

I see, so I appreciate the image quality will probably not be the best. However, the jagged edges and snow would be much reduced if you used remove.bg to remove the background than seemingly doing at least part of it manually using the eraser tool or similar. If you use the upload image button to upload the photo from which this cut came, I'll give it a go myself to show you what I mean 👍
@mons here are the images I primarily used.

These are very far from ideal for cutting, but I'll see what I can do.
Poor as they might be, the jagged edges and snow could have been avoided if you had followed the tutorials I linked to above - if you don't follow the steps there, the resulting cuts will not be the best possible versions, irrespective of the size and quality of source image.
These cut are either cropped too far from the chin or have jagged edges @aeightBee_
This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element.
Can you provide us with the original source images without the background removed so that we can cut them again accordingly?
If you want to give it another go yourself, I would recommend using remove.bg, which is a free online tool which removes the background to an excellent standard, for free and almost instantly.
Here's a couple of videos on how to use it, one when combined with Photoshop and another using photopea.com, which is a free online app so close to Photoshop that it has the same shortcuts, layout and icons.
If you don't have Photoshop, photopea.com is the tool I would recommend to use to tweak the draft cut produced by remove.bg. It's more powerful and versatile than GIMP and other similar tools.
