@Aled James, I'm afraid that images as small as this won't lead to an improvement, so they're not worth cutting. Ideally, they'd be slightly bigger and the existing squinting cut-out would be replaced, but to have a 250x250 cut from the requested image will need them to be upscaled thus losing in sharpness and quality.
