@P-Jo, I'm not sure I've ever mentioned this to you before, but when an image has such a green hue, it's worth tweaking in order to get a more realistic skin colour.

You can download an action file for Photoshop from the first link in this post, which will fix most of the issue. You may then also need to tweak saturation/hue (also possible via this action file).
