It's great you're trying to contribute to the forum, but there's some things you have to keep in mind:
a) These sources are too small to produce 250x250 cuts. They should be in 180x180
b) You need to pay more attention to the guidelines - cut all images no more than 2-3 pixels above the head and 2-3 pixels beneath the chin, nudging the collar up if necessary.
c) As you're still starting out, please post your cuts in the tutorial thread for feedback so that you can tweak your image from one cut to the next, and avoid them all being rejected.
d) Please use the upload pack function if you have multiple images.

@Oitar, you've ignored each and every one of these points in your most recent uploads. Why? If you intend to ignore us and the guidelines, then we don't really need you here.
Not bad @Oitar, but you've cropped it too far from the top of the head and you've also not added a collar. We want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
Here's a video of the process on how to nudge the collar upwards:
