A word of advice for images like this, in which the face is a bit green and/or red in hue. Whether you're using Photoshop or photopea, use the respective action in the first two links of this post to automatically tweak the colour.
For this image, for example, one could either decrease the saturation or add hue or remove the green from the skin (or a combination thereof) in order to get a more natural skin colour.
