@ChenJisham, when uploading an image, please make sure you're doing so on the right person's timeline as not only will it not show in-game on the person you want but it'll show on the wrong person. You uploaded on this guy's timeline, and this image is clearly not of a middle-aged staff member 😉
Secondly, while the current cut is a couple of years old, it's in 250x250 and is of a very good quality. It makes little sense to replace a 250x250x cut with a 180x180 cut. It looks like the original source might well have been large enough for a 250x cut, so if you still have it, please post it so that the community can cut it out 👍
