Good cut @UkiKyi, but this is the 3rd time I've had to draw your attention to what cuts must look like when it comes to collars. If you keep cropping so far away from the chin and/or not including collars, they'll keep getting rejected.
This seems to be a perfectly good source image, so please follow the steps to nudging the collar up which I showed you elsewhere and I'm sure it'll be accepted then. Doing so on the completed cut is futile as it'll mean the existing cut needs to be upscaled, thus losing quality.
