@michaelpinda, for source images as small as this, do consider whether they're worth cutting. Having a blurry mess of pixels for a face makes little sense, generally.
Also, for future reference, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time.
You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just 4 when done individually. The above goes for you too @Gyver
