@Gregorius Eddo, it's good that you're nudging collars upwards, but you shouldn't nudge them that far up.
Also, you should pay attention and make sure that the collar joins the neck in a realistic manner and doesn't overlap it in an unnatural way, as it does in your cut on the right.
