@RezsuGaku, I'm afraid these aren't good enough to be considered as improvements. There's a dark lining all around the cut, and the current cut-outs are quite recent. If these are your own work, it might be worth having a look at this thread to see how your cutting technique can be improved 
Generally speaking, the Premier League websites' usual sources are not of a high-enough quality to provide improvements on the current megapack cut-outs, which are usually derived from much higher-quality sources. Additionally, I understand HRiddick is nonetheless working on a Premier League pack which would presumably include these and other high-profile people.
@julkjulk, it would help the requester understand why his request is being recommended for rejection if you could give him a brief reason why. It would also hopefully ensure he doesn't do the same again in the future
