I think this quality is better
I'm afraid the cut you've done isn't that good. Whatever method you've used, I recommend using remove.bg instead to get all those juicy hair details in your cut-out.
This is what I got when I cropped it a bit, and put it through remove.bg. The hand around his shoulder needs removing and it still needs to be cropped and resized, but it's a much better starting point.
