What do you mean?
You do know that just downloading the cutout won't mean it will automatically appear in-game, right? You need to place it in your megapack folder, then add it to the config file.
Or you can wait for the next update pack, which would include it

The config file is what makes the game assign the cutout to the respective person.
Read this thread to see how you can add individual images to your game in between megapack update packs. To be honest, if that looks a bit confusing, I'm planning on releasing 10.03 in the coming days which will include this image, so you may as well wait till then...
