@big_man_onthec, in addition to being cropped too far from the chin, there's a couple of things to keep in mind:
a) if the source isn't the largest, the cut should be in 180x180, otherwise it'll be a bit blurry
b) keep in mind that the face should be straight-on, rather than slanting or at angle; i.e. the eyes are ideally in a straight line and parallel to the top or bottom of the cut.
