Nothing to be improved.
I disagree. Current cut is at least 4 years and a half old. Let's see whether a cutter can give us an updated image before rejecting it.

What is an improvement on this one mate?!tattoo on his neck..his look didn't change,hairstyle the same,and I'm pretty sure there are a bunch of better sources on the web...this image is not an that's the point...he is not focused on camera,and his body is in bad angle,a bit on the side...

a) The fact there's a tattoo is enough for the source to be possibly considered an improvement.
b) There may be better sources online, sure, but this is more than good enough to cut. He's slightly slanting, but very slightly so. His face is clearly visible and is quite clear too.
c) It's FIVE years more recent, not like it's a couple of months.
It's a decent source, if not 100% perfect, and it may well be an improvement once cut. No reason at all for it to be rejected.

It's better for me to leave this discussion before I said something to regret for...this image is not an improvement for me and that's all...

I really agree on the tattoo part. Look at Ederson the goalie of city, to me it makes the difference.

@Lebohang Mokoena for me it's not since he don't look in the camera,source is a bit side image.Both other images are newer and better than the source you've put,second one is just 4 days old...and that is something what can be an improvement.

Come on man, you have to be a bit more flexible
He may not be looking 100% straight at the camera, true, but it's not like half his face is hidden or he's looking completely away from the screen. The fact the original source is over 5 years newer than the OP is enough for this to be possibly considered an improvement. I haven't had time to see the new cut on Photoshop yet so can't comment on how it looks, but I'm minded to include it tbh.
In general, I'd much rather that the only requests rejected are those which much poorer quality (like this one and this one) or if a source is posted when a very good cut was recently produced (like this one). However, in the latter case and also for this Beckham request, if a good cut is nonetheless produced by the community, it makes no sense to retain the old cut when a good new cut is available.
It's a bit more tricky for requests such as this. Although I can kind of understand why you rejected it because the present MP image is quite recent, I feel that the source posted is much crisper and may provide a better cut. If it's not absolutely clear that the source is not an improvement, I would prefer that it is left waiting for cutters to decide whether to take it on or not.

We are not considering images as improvements just because of size from 180x to 250x,especially in the case where there could be found more than 20 better,bigger and profile images.
