Thank you.
Good work
Keep in mind that completed cuts should be either 250x250 (in cases of large, high-quality sources) or 180x180 (in cases of poorer-quality sources) in size
Edit: It is also the megapack standard to include a little bit of collar wherever possible to avoid the chicken-neck effect. Also, ideally, there is only 2-3 pixels above the head/hair or below the chin/facial hair to ensure the focus of the cut is on the face itself. Finally, there is a bit of blue snow all round the cut. Here's a video demonstrating a simple, quick and effective method to remove it.
That said, these are relatively minor issues which can be remedied quite quickly, but do keep them in mind for future cuts
Here it is, tidied up a little bit:

Thank you very much for your review and image.
Actually, I wasn't aware of the 'Guide to cutting and assorted hints, tips and assistance' Forum due to the lack of information.
As a result, I couldn't erase the snow effect very clearly.
Next time, I'll use the methods you wrote in the Forum to make better image.
Sorry for the problems that my facepack has.
And once more, thank you for the review and fixed image.

Hiya there. I meant to reply to this earlier but have been a bit busy the last couple of days. Hope that thread helps you keep refining your technique. Feel free to ask for hints and tips in general, or on specific sources, in there or via PM

Current one is very good cut,and those watermarks are too much.
