The source is not quite large enough to produce a definite improvement unfortunately. Although the photo itself is big, the area around the face is around 235 pixels high, which means that a little bit of sharpness is lost when you upscale it to 250x250. I've tried having a go myself (attached) and it's not an improvement either. These kind of sources are why we have the rule saying that newer images are not necessarily improvements, because they need to be of a sufficient quality, which isn't the case here, especially since the current cut is only around a year old, quite similar and of a very good quality..

Already requested from the very same source, cut and deemed not good enough.

@Rdzin, what I said before is still valid, so why have you reuploaded my cut when an explanation was given already as to why it wasn't good enough then?
