There's no any real difference between these two.Current one is recent 250x cut,and new source is not that great due to resolution and quality.

I refer you to points 4 and 5 for the guidelines to improvement requests, put in place for precisely this kind of requests:
4. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality.
5. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative.
The reason being that, with over 230,000 cuts in the megapack, heaven help us if we had to update them all every year or so just because a new source is made available. There are much more pressing needs in the megapack and in this request forum, such as missing images and genuine improvements to much older cuts or smaller/poorer ones. That said, if they are cut in a pack or produced by a cutter, then of course they will be considered for inclusion in the megapack, but as a request, these kind of requests are usually rejected for this reason
Same goes for the Lamela request.
