I agree,current one is HQ and this one is no where close to that.It's not bad cut,those sources are simply poor.

I agree that this is not an improvement. To help @jvolkeryk out for future cuts/requests, it's not that the source is poor, but that the existing MP cut is so good, that any cut coming from this source cannot be better than it (i.e. an improvement).
