He quit playing around 7 years ago.Also he is not active in current db so there's no any issue with him.
For us to produce a cut-out, we would need to have, ideally, a front-facing image with a clear background and of a good quality, the bigger the better.
As you can see, the requested source fits none of the criteria.
Perhaps you could try and see if these tips help you find a source more suited for cutting.
