Not a bad cut @Eloy Gabriel Nuñez, but it needs to be cut again, rotating the original source by maybe 3-4 pixels anti-clockwise so that it's upright, as well as cropping it no more than 2-3 pixels from the top of the head. There's no need to leave so much empty screen real estate above the head…
