What do you mean? A white outline in the hair like that is very much visible if you're using a dark skin, that's exactly why the guidelines have set out that it should be cleaned up.

I mean that for these and others I don't post faces for a while and when I come back it's still the same thing, excess of rules and things like these where I just talked to you and you refused my face

The guidelines are not complicated at all. If you don't agree with them, it's fine. But don't keep on posting here ignoring the things that we ask from you.

I'm not ignorant, and I've also never said that I don't agree with the rules, I don't agree with whoever created them, since there isn't a person who notices at the time of the game if the face has snow or not just plays,

They should be more concerned about outdated faces and those who post outdated faces and just accept it, it's a little unfair you can approve and disapprove the face of others and only approve yours.

I believe that the person who should or should not approve is solely the owner of this domain, not seconds that only help him, his mainly Brazilian faces lost space for some time, thanks to his ignorance

He didn't call you ignorant. He just said you're ignoring the guidelines. It's a different thing altogether and it's perfectly fair. We have explained the guidelines to you many time, and yet you persist in not following them. They have been in place for many, many years and they are not up for discussion. If you upload images which don't abide with the guidelines, then they'll be rejected. It's really rather simple. If you think that snow like this isn't visible in-game and that nobody notices it, that says a lot about your lack of eye for detail and the reasons why you keep providing cut-outs with snow as visible as this, frankly.

If you can point to specific examples to what you're referring to instead of throwing out accusations randomly, it'd be better. When an image is rejected, reasons are generally given. If a cutter decides to ignore them, on top of having already ignored the guidelines, and keeps producing cuts with the same issues, then that's purely their fault and not ours.

I have no idea what you're trying to say here. Cut-outs are approved or rejected by staff members, based on the guidelines. There have been many, many images uploaded by you which have been rejected because they didn't follow the simple guidelines which countless other cutters adhere to. I'm tired of having to explain all this to you. Please don't upload any other images which don't follow our guidelines.

What I'm trying to say is simple and anyone understands: If someone on the Staff can approve and disapprove cuts, then the Staff members will approve all of their cuts and not reject them.

It's not fair that only the Staff can approve and disapprove of people's cuts, but don't disapprove your own cuts, whether bad or good, don't you think that's a little unfair?

I'm tired of people from the Staff using their perks as they see fit and we who make real cuts are watching ships, that's why people give up using your site to post anything
What I'm trying to say is simple and anyone understands: If someone on the Staff can approve and disapprove cuts, then the Staff members will approve all of their cuts and not reject them.
What you're trying to say makes no sense. Who else exactly do you expect to approve or reject submissions if not staff members? Staff members are people who understand our guidelines because they have been part of a community for a long while and who have contributed a lot to the community, which is why they've generally become staff members in the first place. Stands to reason that their judgement is generally sound and that we generally are of the same opinion.
We evaluate cuts on their own merits and not on who produced it. In fact, some of your recent uploads have been approved, simply because some were of a decent quality and others weren't. Frequent cutters tend to consistently produce quality cuts, so the fact their work gets accepted is a reflection of their excellence, not of some presumed preferential treatment.

Believe it or not, few cuts or requests of mine get rejected not because I'm a staff member, but because the cuts and sources I upload are by and large of the required quality. Of course, I'm not perfect as these rejected cuts and rejected requests show. You can find plenty of similar cases for all staff members, so what you're saying is not only plain wrong, it's also patently untrue.

I have no idea what you're talking about here. Ships? 😕
I see no value in people submitting cuts which don't follow the guidelines and therefore aren't going to be added to the megapack. It's not in their interest and it's not in our interest because it's a waste of everybody's time, which is why I make it a point to explain what is wrong and how it can be improved. If they can't deal with a bit of feedback on how to improve their cuts and/or react negatively to it and/or ignore it, that's on them, not on us.
If you want to be part of this community, then it's up to you to follow our guidelines. If, for whatever reasons you don't want to or don't like the guidelines, then you can't expect us to change. I'm not going to take up any more of my time with this nonsense.

Se você deseja fazer parte desta comunidade, cabe a você seguir nossas diretrizes. Se, por qualquer motivo, você não quiser ou não gostar das diretrizes, não espere que mudemos. Não vou perder mais tempo com essa bobagem.
It's a Brazilian expression, which means a person who just keeps watching while something bigger happens.
