It's too small. Once cropped, the area of the face will need to be upsized to fit even a 180x180 cut, let alone a 250x250 cut, which will mean the quality will be poorer. It's just not worth cutting.
It's getting very tiring repeating the same things over and over again, and we have been over this in the past already, so please make sure the images you request are of the sufficient quality, if need be using the hints provided in the thread linked to elsewhere in other conversations between us elsewhere on the forum.
