@alissonlcunha, you've left too much space above the head and also beneath the chin. We want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:

Please also remember that we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.

@alissonlcunha, this needs to be cropped closer to the chin and the collar nudged up further, if necessary, as explained in my earlier post. Please take the time to read the guidelines before uploading any more cuts so that you save some time re-cutting the same image more than once 😉
