It's an action photo in which he's not looking at the camera, so it can't really be an improvement. If you don't like the current cut-out with the facial hair, you can save the 10.06 cut and use it instead, it's quite similar. Or otherwise find a better and recent cut-out, ideally from a high-quality recent photoshoot in which he's looking straight at the camera

That's clearly much too small @chrisstanley1987, not sure why you requested it when it's so small. If a larger version is available, then it might well provide an improvement.

I'm not sure how you thought that cropping a source already described as small would produce the ‘larger version’ previously suggested @chrisstanley1987 😕
