@Kalea Wilson Please try to look for the best possible source images - larger sources make for better cutouts. I found this one on the website of Ceilândia EC.

@Skeikla Please avoid using an image enlarger - it smoothens out details in the face and makes it look unnatural.

It was the correct place, but the players you made cutouts for already had good quality, up-to-date cutouts in the megapack, and your cutouts left a lot of space above the head and below the chin which is undesirable.

@ghdtgdfgfdhft  You can get a larger image size by changing this part of the image URL from “block-1200-630” to “width-1600” (or another number  like 2400 etc)

@NaiSousa Unfortunately the source image from Santos' website is too small to be useful for making a good quality cutout from, but I found this source from earlier this year on their Flickr page 🙂

Yeah, if you've already downloaded the FC12 kitpack for the SPFL for example, you can use the config from that folder and just download the images from the club's profile pages here if you save them with the same filename as the FC12 kits.

It looks like they're just placeholders converted from the 3D kits for now. I don't think anyone is currently working on making a proper kitpack for the SPFL unfortunately.

@galtier94 This is the exact same source that was rejected for being too small, just upscaled.

You've been told time and time again not to upscale small sources because it makes them too blurry and low quality to create a good cutout from.

Do you plan on following the request guidelines at all?

@BramNUFC This source is a higher resolution version if you haven't already cut it

@bielsaball_ It's helpful to let @mons know if you're correcting a mistake (in this case uploading a source for the correct person instead of Abdul Halim Saari) - otherwise it could be missed or accidentally rejected 🙂

I find that the first youth intake is usually very good and you'll often get a player who's very close to first-team level (the next few years generally have less players with the same potential). I'm not sure if SI intended for it to work like thisl; I always assume it's compensating for the real life 15/16/17 year olds in-game not being as well researched or good real-life prospects being underrated. Be sure to update in a few seasons' time, he looks like an excellent talent!

@Mustafa Deniz Gümüş You were asked to upload cutouts as a pack if you're uploading many in a short amount of time. Please do so in the future, it makes it a lot easier to moderate them, and for mons to collect them for adding to the Megapack.

Secondly, all cutouts must include some of the collar. This video shows you how to move the collar upwards:

Finally, the player's face in the image is slightly tilted to one side - it's better to rotate it so that the face is upright, as shown in this video:

@Halil Sancaktar Firstly, you've stretched the image so the face is too wide and looks really unnatural. Make sure you tick an option such as  “Constrain proportions” or “Maintain aspect ratio”  when resizing the image.

@Santi_carp The image you requested was quite small - I found a larger version 👍 In the future, try to look for larger source images when you're requesting images to be cut; it makes for a better quality cutout.

Also, I assume Leandro is the player on the left? He looks quite similar to his brother Felipe 😆

My first thought would be either an error in your config.xml file, or the kit colours for the in-game away kit being different to your 3D away kit's colour is causing an issue.

You can get larger images (at least in this case, I think it depends on the size of the uploaded image) from besoccer by changing “big” in the image URL to “original":

@katalonczyk22 Make sure you don't squash/stretch the face when cutting it.
