I am really naive at all this. I have now downloaded and installed Editor..
I have the FM19 database and can modifiy it by sortit latest transfers
I have the latest RAR file on . promotions/relegations
is there a step by step guide on how I join this lot up ?

I have discovered that problem lay in file 550782. If I do NOT enable this part of update data pack then all contract dates are as expected
