It's just me pal, I just made two posts since it was an update on the error. I tried starting a new save as some user suggested, and in fact Napoli name was fixed in-game, but its still wierd how (in my main save playing with Everton, after aplying Name Fix v1.3) the italian team names were back to the made-up names, and after aplying the new 1.4 name fix it was back to normal in all team (Inter, Milan, etc.) except Napoli. Here's a screen shot of both my main save Serie A table and editor data folder.

New update on the Napoli situation, I tried to start a new save and see how Napoli name fix isn't workin at all… Inter is fine, so is Milan, Atalanta, Lazio, etc. it's just Napoli with this issue.

Hey, first of all, thanks for the attention. I started my save a few days after the release of FM26 v1.0, and I did so with the name fix installed aready. Everything was fine. I always kept updating the namefix once updates were available, and got no error. Although, once I got namefix v1.3, I noticed how only Napoli went back to Parthenope.
And if I may make a suggestion, Sporting CP stadium is supposed to be named “Estádio José Alvalade”, not “José Alvalade Stadium”. I pointed that out in SI forums and they said thats the license the club sold them, which is kinda weird, because every offical source says “Estádio José Alvalade”, even the clubs official website xD. I know its just a small detail but that may do a huge community service, especially because this year I cant seem to find stadium ID's so I wouldnt be able to do it in my save, and this would also help others. Thanks!

Hey everyone,
I’m running FM26 in a language other than English and noticed something odd: the Player Role names aren't consistent between the Tactics Screen and the Player Profile page.
Example: in the Tactics screen I’ll see one role name, but when I open the player’s profile, the role appears with a different (sometimes slightly different, sometimes completely different) name. Same role, different translation. Makes scouting players for specific roles somewhat harder as I'm not quite sure which roles to select on the player's profile.
I also noticed that in the player's profile the roles are the letter-by-letter translation of the english roles, but on the tactics screen it uses the same translated names that it always used, more fitting for the language (I'm using sortitoutsi real name fix).
Any fixes, workarounds, or confirmation would be super appreciated!

I'm having this issue too, using FM26 latest official version on steam 26.0.5.
I'd appreciate to know if this is a known issue to be fixed with an update soon or if there's anything I shoud do about it?

Is it just for me that Guardiola doesnt have his face on the game? I tried updating with the new 2026.01 file and replace the config file but its still missing after restarting the game. I checked and the image is in the folders like the others

With the new hotfix, they added bald_people.dbc to the dbc folder, with the method of deleting the folders and replace them with these name fix ones, wouldn't update files like this be missing? Thanks
