OK, I rechecked the data location and noticed I was missing " --user_data_location" on the front of the location and I changed it. To my delight I went in and re-did the Preference procedure and everything now shows up, faces, logos and kits. Just one thing, I have the real name fix installed but notice that Juventus is still named Zebra. Not sure how to fix that.

Again, thanks for your outstanding help!

Regards,
TS

Thanks that really does help a lot. But no joy at this point. I followed the Preferences in the Opening Post very slowly and I have the face and logo folders located in the graphics folder. The CONFIRM button is grayed out when I go into Interface, so I change the skin option and it becomes active. I pressed CONFIRM and exited the game ( I think think this is the Beta procedure for confirming). I went back in and noticed all the EPL teams still have the default logos (The logos do show up in other Leagues though, not sure about trophies). The faces are not appearing when I click on any particular player. I must be missing something here.

Hi, just a general question about how I arrange my face, Logo and Kit folders within the graphics folder. I downloaded and extracted the face pack for FM20 using this path on my NON- default drive D:\ ( I also changed the path in steam to point to this location):

...graphics\faces\sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_12.00\sortitoutsi\faces folder & icon faces folder
and
...graphics\faces\sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_12.00_changes\sortitoutsi\faces folder & icon faces folder

My question is, will this work? I am not sure if I need the sub-folders that were extracted to ...graphics\faces...OR do I have to manually copy the face folder and icon folder files into a separate faces folder which would overwrite the xml file in both? I hope I explained this right.

Regards,
Tom
