You downloaded a couple of update packs a few days ago. I suspect you didn't install them properly. You should have one folder for faces and one folder for iconfaces, with no sub-folders in each folder.

Can I have screenshots of your megapack folder, showing clearly the full path it’s located in, as well as of how many files and folders are inside it?

all players face suddenly disappeared. Yesterday everything still working fine but today suddenly all disappeared. Anyone know what happen?
