I have done this but everytime I re-generate the faces it changes it back. is there a way to make it r-200 by default?

Could anyone help me please? I have been using the Newgen facepack for over 2 years now but all of a sudden within the past week it has just decided to stop working. I have tried re-installing the manager and the face's but it still refuses to work and I have no idea why. Please help
