#780472 Cut-Out Faces Megapack TECHNICAL SUPPORT thread - first post updated for FM26

I am trying to install the cut out players faces. The download was 11.9GB so was expecting that to take a while.
When I try copying the files across from my downloads folder to the graphics folder I have created it doesn't seem to be copying across, or at least it is taking forever and has been on 0% for 45 minutes.
What is the issue?
