Can I suggest again that you give cutting a go? It's not as hard as it may look and you would see plenty of your collected sources (which are generally perfectly cuttable) being actually cut instead of bounced from 1 mixpack to the other

I am going to have a stab at it. Getting all of my requests up to date is the first step.

@Vawkes & @jWaSiMhE & @DazS8, not sure if either of you started this thread on the official forums, but in it michaeltmurray (who is a mod and the forum's long-term skinning guru) indicated that it is extremely unlikely for something like this to be possible...

It is a shame if is true we can't.
