Hi metal boon thanks for replying, its just the default black faces , I've got over 110k faces in my faces folder in the graphics folder ,it was working fine Tuesday nite once i finished extracting them I had them in all seperate folders at first but moved them all into the one faces folder.

i tried to download kits today,and was messing about with the DB steam folder,dont think i did that right but i restored the files from the recyclying there but its still not working?

everything is the ec=xact same as the above,ive changed onto the darker skin but i did that last night and every thing was working fine

I went on to play the game tonight and moat of the players faces have dissapeard? Has this happened to anyone else or do u have to do sumthing every time u load it up?

ive got loads of folders,i mustve extracted them wrong,iam atm moving the faces over into the one folder

It was the megapack 5.02 and it was in 16 parts (14 plus the two update/changes)

Thanks for responding so quick mons, but I've put them in there and extracted them into a file it called itself sortitoutsi is that right,I don't know if its because i moved the downloaded folders into my graphics folder and then extracted them instead of extracting them into it first.
I don't unnderstand why my Celtic players faces have dissapeard the rest of the Spl players still have their faces?

I've downloaded the megapack,moved the zip files into my graphics folders in the fm2013 bit then extacted it, done what iam meant to do in preferences ,but no faces have loaded up but its made all of my own players who's faces were on the game already disapear?
Has this happened to anyone else?
