I don't know if I am being stupid but the trained by a club in the nation for 3 years before 21 seems to be bugged and not counting people. even using the ingame editor to add my club and also trained in nation it isn't counting anyone as trained in the US before 21, I assume youth intake players would eventually work but I haven't got that far yet
