he means - new career start is the only the way to use your files - or it is possible to play with load a career - because he said, just delete the cache and re-loads the skin did not works in his Case

When I am testing them I leave the game on.

But exit to start screen, then load game and that works for me…..trust me I have changes/tested a few now.,,,LOL

I have not had to re load skin as yet though,
