I stumbled across the challenge coincidentally and gave it a go. Never posted on here before but it was good fun and I had a decent run in the VVC so I thought I'll share my results :


Screen taken after the world cup so stats may have changed a bit

Qualifiers: Thanks to two good games against Ghana the loss against Congo had no consequence, 20 pts




African Nations Championship: Easily went through the group stage just to get kicked out by Congo's C team in the 1/4 final, 0 pts



VVC: Drew a fairly easy group (compared to others at least) and despite being overwhelmingly dominated in each game I managed with a good amount of luck to make it to the 1/4 final where we got hammered 4-0 by Brazil, 20 pts




Surprisingly enough my best player has been Marwan Mohsen scoring 15 goals in 20 games (+3 assists). In comparaison Mo Salah, who I played as a striker, scored only 7 goals in 14 games.

Concerning the challenge, if I'm not mistaking it amounts to a total of 40 pts

I had to change computers, the one I am using right now is rather (painfully) slow - 1,8Ghz I think, so I have to start a new save with fewer leagues loaded.
I was wondering whether there was a difference in processing speed between FM and FMC ,with the same db and leagues loaded.
