Regen download doesn't work, also is there a facepack with this?

They changed the old file (premium) with a new one of 2.866 kB.

The side effect is that doesn't works. At least for me. (edit: I talk about the regen).

No matters what I do, I changed the database\db\2300\edt\permanent lots of times but all my regens are “new guys”, never the classic players.

I change the support_staff with the 2.866 kb file, but no effect.

Any help?
