I've downloaded the files and follow the in-game steps but nothing happens?

Guys i need some help, no matter what i do with the real name update, logos etc i just can't get them to upload into the game. I've gone back over the instructions but its not working for me. I have done this on previous games so unsure why i can't get it to work this time round. Thanks.
