I'm afraid you're not even close to installing any of those files correctly.

 

Graphics go in Documents \ Sports Interactive \ Football Manager 2023 \ graphics.

 

This file goes in the installation folder, but you need to go one folder up and navigate to data \ database \ db \ 2300

 

I recommend you read the installation instructions for both files carefully and make sure to follow the steps correctly.

what a dick can't believe I didn't read it correctly. all sorted now, thanks!

I've downloaded the files and follow the in-game steps but nothing happens?

Guys i need some help, no matter what i do with the real name update, logos etc i just can't get them to upload into the game. I've gone back over the instructions but its not working for me. I have done this on previous games so unsure why i can't get it to work this time round. Thanks.
