You're not getting an answer, at least not from me, until you reply 😉

Do you find that this approach serves you well in real-life?

F* you.

You want your money back for a service which was provided in full, including repeated guidance and assistance on how to use said service. It's not unreasonable to ask why.

How do I cancel my premium membership?

Excellent - glad to hear that 👍

How do I cancel my ”premium“ membership? I don’t want another penny going to this. 😉

I can't tell what's inside the second faces folder. Whatever it is, it's not necessary and needs to be removed.

Moreover, the correct location is not the desktop (unless you've changed your user data folder to there, which is most definitely NOT recommended). It should be in Docs / SI / FM 2022 / graphics

I urge you again to follow the installation instruction steps outlined in the FAQs at the top of this thread and in the readme - your queries are all already addressed within 😉

That solves everything then. 😉

a) The preferences as shown are not the same as they are shown in the second FAQ at the top of this thread. There's a screenshot there for your ease of reference; make sure to follow it.

b) Please take another screenshot. This time please give some time for the folder to open fully, the files to be listed in alphabetical order and the preview thumbnail to be shown for all images. I also would like to see the whole screen, including the amount of files contained within the folder as displayed in the bottom left corner.

You really need to start reading the installation instructions and the FAQs, my friend 😉 Have you changed the preferences?

As requested earlier, if you still have issues, post some screenshots of what stage you're at, and we'll see how to assist. In this case, I'd like to see screenshots of your faces folder showing clearly the full path and the amount of images included within it.

Thankfully saw the trial version after my post. Extraction in to the “sort it out SI” folder underway. Presumably this part takes a while!

Right, so I waited for Winrar to do its thing & then moved the file into a newly created graphics folder like the video said, and then my laptop froze up, so I was forced to reboot, and now my laptop won’t boot up. Brilliant. I’ve been stuck at the following screen for over 10 minutes now. Never ever happened before. Starting to sincerely regret attempting this. Somebody help?

—— Good news - Laptop finally sprang into life at 1am

—— Bad news - no facepack in the game still! 🤦🏻‍♂️

You can if you want, but you can use the trial version just fine.

Download winrar to extract the file, using the extract to function. Take it from there. It'll take a fair while to extract, but you should be able to follow the video once it's extracted 👍

If you still have issues, post some screenshots of what stage you're at, and we'll see how to assist.

It's quoting me 30 notes to download winrar. Is that right?!

Apologies if this is posted in the incorrect place. Please move if needed. I've just paid for premium membership to download Facepacks for FM22 for the first time, and I've made a complete pigs ear of things clearly and seemingly need walking through this like I'm 5. I waited for it to download (which took about half an hour?!) and clicked on it. I don't know where I went wrong here because Instead of extracting into another FM folder like the instructional video said, it asked me which programme I wanted to use to open it, so I clicked on the first one available and seemingly this is around about the point where things have gone completely wrong and deviate totally from the instructional video. I've since downloaded a free rar opener from windows to try and successfully complete this (not that there was any mention of needing this in the video) but that just seems to get stuck halfway. I am completely at my wits end here with something which is supposed to seemingly be very straightforward. Somebody please help?
