This file works for hundreds and thousands of people on many different system configurations, so I don't think it's the file itself which is causing the issue at your end, although it's clearly related to the file. So possibly either a download or installation error. Now that you've deleted it, I can't really tell, though...

I have deleted it but will have to re download it but it was the one from the Cut Out Player Faces Megapack section (9.23gb).

Perhaps I will try the Exclusive 10 faces megapack to see if this gives me the issues. I guess its worth a try.

I'm stumped; everything you seem to describe seems to be in order. How large is your cutout faces megapack folder? Both in terms of file size and amount of images.

Can you try something? Load FM without any graphics. I assume it loads anyway. Once it's loaded, alt-tab out of the game and move all the graphics back onto the D drive. Then reload the skin and untick the skin cache tickbox. What happens then?

Also, do you have any other FM graphics in place?

That's very strange. I have FM installed on 2 different PCs, with the graphics also on a different hard disk, and have had no issues whatsoever in 3 different versions of FM.

I'm assuming it's not near being full, right?

Can I have a screenshot of the FM18 launch options from Steam? Perhaps it's an issue there?

I was going to suggest Winrar if you weren't using it, so I'm excluding that as a possible cause. That's not an older hard disk, so shouldn't be having any issues relating to it, although you never know.

So, to be clear, you are downloading the pack without issues but you don't manage to extract the files? Is that right? What happens exactly?

That's very strange and not something I'm come across. Looks like you may have an issue with your hard drive; is it old? Could be it's coming to the end of it's lifetime and the load involved in extracting such a large file is tipping it over the edge. What program are you using to extract the pack btw?

The whole icons megapack was included as part of the 9.0 update pack. All subsequent update packs included both the regular and icon faces

Can you delete the John Terry cut from your megapack and add the one from this download?

Please delete the current cut first and replace it with the new one afterwards, don't just copy/paste/overwrite.

You'll need to close FM and restart it to see if this works.

Hmmm, that's option b excluded then. Do you have any sub-folders within your main megapack folder?

The fact that there is an empty space instead of the default blank cutout indicates that he is not in your megapack folder.

This either means that (a) you only have a partial version of the megapack or (b) that you somehow deleted the John Terry cutout from your folder.

To check if it's (a) please tell me how many images you have in your megapack folder. Please remember that you should only have one main folder with all the cutouts inside it and no sub-folders. To check if it's (b), open your megapack folder and check if there is a file named 108625.

I've downloaded all the packs and installed them correctly but having the same problem with only small badges showing.

I've downloaded other packs like faces etc and they are working fine.

Can anyone help at all?

I am having issues with only certain kits showing up. All the kits are showing up except, Hull, Swansea, Southampton and Crystal Palace.
I have gone through the Xml file and the names all match up, all the club numbers are correct , no capitals etc.
Cleared cache and reloaded skin.
Restarted fm15 several times.
Deleted and reinstalled the pack
It even doesn't work with the long sleeve version from 2012

Normally i am the one helping friends with this i am at my wits end. any ideas?
