@Keresztesy Ciprian, please make sure to check whether the image you're cutting is of the right person. Don't assume that the image thrown up in your search is automatically of the right person, check the page it's on because it might be of someone else from the same team.

I checked on 4 sites and on the teams squad list, he was indicated as the given player…

@Keresztesy Ciprian, not bad but we want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:

Also, remember that we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
