In terms of the game, does a potential assistant manager or coach not speaking the clubs national language Make much difference in terms to players responses to team talks, or improvement in training?



yes I appreciate in real life the answer would be yes as how does he communicate with the players otherwise. However in game is this representative. I ask as I’ve always played journey man careers in many different countries. I usually try to sign an assistant manager that firstly Speaks English (To speak with me) an also the language of the country i’m managing in so he can deal with the players language barrier. Just for realism sake.


I Never knew whether it actually makes much difference in game though? Like does the game take this into account when players stats improve etc or they respond to a team talk (as a motivator etc).

Very interesting idea. Will possibly give it a look when I can. I get that the MLS doesn’t exist in this verse. However when you say all the players have been moved, what do you mean. Is it using imaginary/fantasy player names or have they just been muddled up.

I notice Bury at playable in conference South an the board expect promotion....and you have absolutely no players or staff. Oh an a wage budget of 2,000 p/w to achieve this on. 😂🙈😂. Love a challenge an going to give it a go. Anyone else done this. Need to brush up on my conference rules. Something like 6 long term loans allowed. Then somehow need to get a league winning squad with 2k wages available. Surely it isn’t possible. Just wonder if anyone else tried it.

Vadis Odijidja isn;t on loan at Rotherham for the enitre season.

he is very much a part of the Norwich city first team. he only had a short term loan at the start of the season

could this please be changed in next update as hes an important player to the first team

VICTORY! Finally figured it out. For some reason l'd deleted an replaced the contents of the INC folder within the 1330 folder but not the 1300 one which was empty for some reason. Copied the contents in correctly and now we have one full German squad ready for Brazil 2014. Just in time! thanx for your superb work as always!

also ive done the instructions for folders within the db folder (1300 and 1330)

do you have to do anything for the update folders. (footballmanager2013/data/updates/update-1333....etc?)

Really confused, always followed your steps and always works for every FM, but ive followed your instructions to the letter.

All files in the correct folders etc....the Europa league have all been renamed correctly....but the german national side etc still dont call up players and its been more than a few friendlies now.

any ideas?

may sound a silly question, and ive read that this is for FMC & classic mode. so i assume it does not work in the full standard game?

ive not played the other modes and doubt i will but this looked a good addition
