Does this database have a positive impact on the likelihood of receiving loan offers? 

 

eg. If I'm playing in the National League South, does the existence of these leagues give my players somewhere realistic to go that would otherwise be missing? 

Tried it out and answered my own question - yes. 

 

Minor issue I've noticed - when using this database the earliest date to start a save is 04/07 rather than 27/06. Does anyone know what's causing this?
