How do you go about facing each game?

Do you use the same tactic in each game that you posted in the beginning?
Do you use different OI's each game depending on the players or generally the same ones?
Do you use shouts?

This is a great read and I for sure will be following along.

How do you play/watch your games and at what speed? You are able to play a tremendous amount of matches. I am jealous.

(commentary only, extended highlights, full match, etc?)

WOW great job moving up so quick!
How in the heck did your defense not concede? Are you using TC with shouts?
If so, any advice? I would be a fool not to listen to your advice after seeing what you have been accomplishing.
I keep getting sacked ...I can't hang onto a job at all haha.
