The torrent file I'm referring to was released just a few days ago and is the FM24 version. There's actually a link in the FAQ at the top of this post of where you can download it from, which is here.

please how can i download it it isn't working

when i click on download it isn't working the 11gb file isn't downloading

When a blank space appears, it means that the config file is looking for an image which isn't there. That is the case here, and in fact the image you're looking for isn't being found in your search.

In an earlier screenshot, it showed you had around 760,000 images in your sortitoutsi folder. That's 370,000 images each in your faces and iconfaces folder, whereas the current image complement is 430,000.

I have no idea what images you have and don't have. My suggestion would be to remove everything you have, and download the torrent file. That will bring you up-to-date 👍

yeah its a great idea but i didn't find the torrent file that i download it 10 month ago it was an 9Gb file with everything on it

Can you post the results in the manner outlined below?

This can be achieved by posting the UID in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is long enough to display the full path.

When you run the search, can you change the below search options?

This will help me see if there is one or more other folders in your user data folder which contains one or more other facepacks

As explained in my earlier post, I need the search to be done in the graphics folder, not the faces one, like you did. Show me that, and I should be able to see what the problem is.

You've installed the new download wrongly then, but I have no way of knowing what it could be

Can you make a search in the graphics folder of the following UID: 2000214896? It's Alvaro Gines' UID, who is one of the players whose cut-out isn't showing and a blank space is there instead.

Before you take a screenshot, can you post the results in the manner outlined below?

so i didn't really understant , but what i can say is that Alvaro guines is just an example he doesn't have a face in the facepack , just an normal dark default face that is gone and so many player in the game , i put you some picture if that can help and please can you help me fix it , if you don't understande where the issue is invite in a call on discord or any plateforme so i can show you . Thanks

Can I please have screenshots of
a) the issue in-game
b) your faces folder, showing clearly both the path and the amount of images in it

So i have downloaded the full pacakage 9gb in january and everything was working well , and today i installed a new one (taught it was an update) and adde it to the original facepack and then all the black default faces are gone , and its not a skin probleme , can you help me fixe it

You haven't installed the full megapack, or you haven't installed it correctly. How many images do you have in your faces folder?

i have installed the full megapack with 400 000+ picture everthing work well but the dark face is gone so player with no face how can i have the dark face back pls ?
