Europe is being updated as an ongoing issue, due to compatibility I am having to do a country at a time then playtest, Turkey will be updated.
The league undergoing restructuring will require a little more work but WILL be done.

Ah ok that makes sense, I’ll get something up it’s because I have to go through each country one by one after adding their new qualifier and then do playtests to figure out where the “break” happens that’s makes it not want to work and just enter a ton of teams from top 3-4 leagues.

Portugal was that the subdivisions wasn’t confirmed yet to be 100% accurate iirc. Same for Italy, they’ll do the summer meeting to confirm who gets a license etc.
France is going to be the big one, possibly Belgium and Turkey, the other major leagues should all be doable once divisions are confirmed.
Ill go through and check which are and aren’t likely to cause issues and write something people can be directed towards.

Europe is often a problem, a temporary fix has been uploaded (available when next update file is uploaded tonight) with SOME of the right teams entered from the larger leagues as I go through countries one by one and test them to ensure we have a base file that works to build from to try and tweak it to be as accurate as it can be in the older format.

The game just doesn’t like tweaks to it, even using the data that will come in a year into the game, Europe for some reason is always a problem each year, hopefully UEFA stop changing it so next year on its more stable to work with!
